Terms of Service

Effective date: January 1, 1970

  1. Acceptance. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
  2. Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
  3. Account. You are responsible for your credentials and all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorized use.
  4. The service. We provide an AI-powered tool that generates brand identity assets, including logo concepts, color palettes, font pairings, and a brief usage guide. The service is a creative aid, not professional advice (legal, trademark, financial, or otherwise).
  5. Credits. Access is delivered via credits. One credit unlocks one generation. Credits are non-transferable, non-refundable except as required by law or stated in our Refund Policy, and expire 12 months after grant. Credits have no cash value.
  6. Acceptable use. You will not use the service to generate content that is unlawful, infringing, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit involving minors, deceptive, or used to impersonate a real person or organization without authorization. You will not attempt to reverse engineer, resell access to, or overload the service.
  7. Your content & output. You retain ownership of inputs you provide. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a worldwide, royalty-free, commercial license to use the generated output. You are solely responsible for verifying that output is suitable for your use and does not infringe third-party rights, including trademarks. We do not perform trademark availability checks.
  8. Our content. Our trademarks, brand, software, and site content are owned by us and licensed to you only as needed to use the service.
  9. Third-party providers. We may use third-party providers for hosting, email, analytics, and (in the future) payment processing. Their availability is outside our control.
  10. Payments (future). Pricing is displayed in EUR. Taxes or VAT may apply based on your location. Specific payment terms will be presented at checkout when payments become available.
  11. Service availability. The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
  12. Termination. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time; unused credits are forfeited per Section 5.
  13. Disclaimers. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
  14. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 50 if you have paid nothing.
  15. Indemnity. You will indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the service or your output.
  16. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are resolved in the state or federal courts located in Kansas.
  17. Changes. We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced on the site or by email.
