Refund Policy

Effective date: January 1, 1970

  1. Current status. Purchases are not currently available. This policy applies if and when payment functionality launches.
  2. Digital nature. Credits and generated assets are digital and delivered immediately upon credit use.
  3. Eligibility. Refund requests for unused credit packs may be considered within 14 days of purchase, provided no credits have been used. Used credits and generated outputs are non-refundable.
  4. How to request. Email support@vectorcivic.com with your order reference and reason.
  5. Processing time. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
  6. Statutory rights. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer protection law.
