  2. Data we collect. Account data (email, password hash), profile data (name, business name), usage data (generations, downloads), device/log data (IP, browser), and content you submit to the wizard.
  3. How we use data. To provide and improve the service, secure accounts, communicate with you, and comply with law.
  4. Legal bases (where applicable). Contract, legitimate interests, consent (for marketing emails and non-essential cookies), and legal obligations.
  5. Sharing. We share data only with service providers under written agreements (hosting, email, analytics, future payments). We do not sell personal data.

  7. Retention. We retain account and usage data while your account is active and as needed for legal obligations. Generated assets are retained until you delete them or close your account.
